Conduct research through the peer-reviewed journals and articles as well as reputable online sources to identify and describe one diversity initiative of the company (Cisco Systems) has implemented.
Explain:
A. Their motivation for implementing the initiative (were they trying to solve a problem? Or addressing a strategic objective? Or was there another reason?) and
B. The outcomes from the initiative in various areas of the company (positive or negative). You may even decide to conduct a phone interview with the HR department at your chosen company.
