Problem
1. Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal memoranda relating to securities issues, the liability of directors in connection with the issuance of securities, the announcements that must be made by the companies under the Companies Regulations and the Capital Market Law and its regulations, the board's competition and independence, and the insider trading.

6. Advised on the issuance of bonds and notes used to finance various projects of the District government, nonprofit entities, and for-profit entities.
7. Performed legal research and assisted in preparing legal memoranda relating to the issuance of bonds, notes and real property tax assessment.
