Problem

Lisa is a 23 year old female, has only recently joined your organization, you are Lisa's Manager. Lisa witnessed a violent incident in the workplace two weeks ago and is unsure about whether she wants to come back to work. Lisa has expressed to you that she feels anxious; she can't sleep and experiences flashbacks to the event. You know that Lisa lives alone as she moved from the country when she started working for your organization, all of Lisa's family, and most of her close friends are at least a three hour drive away from her.
