1. There were several parts of Title I of the ADA. The Essential function of the job, reasonable accommodations and undue hardships. In looking at the three, what if any role did they play in helping individuals with disabilities go to work.
2. While the ADA has certainly been a progressive piece of legislature that has further opened up the door to equal opportunity in employment to persons with disabilities. The courts have not been as opened to scrutinizing employers. In your opinion how has the courts helped or hurt the advancement of the rights of people with disabilities.
