For this week, you must compose a memo to your boss, the CEO of XYZ software. As the HR Director, you have noticed the following:
• Candidates declining job offers and increasingly deciding to work for competitors
• Low morale among employees and high attrition
In a memo not exceeding 1000 words, please request the CEO support your desire to implement an employer of choice initiative. In this memo, be sure to articulate all of the benefits the company can obtain from this decision. Be sure to discuss in general terms the current costs of the above issues, and how this initiative could help mitigate these losses.
