Take the self-assessments to discover where your scores are on the leader-member exchange and organizational justice continuum and then respond according to the Blog instructions. You might respond by writing that you were surprised at the results or that your results are true about you. Identify your strengths and weaknesses and how you might improve or change as a leader/follower etc. Remember, these self-assessments are designed to help students grow as effective leaders/followers.
