1. Comparing faster response times for the nursing homes that have a call-light policy compared to nursing homes without a call-light policy. I will like to measure the time that staff answered call-lights and was residents concern/issue was addressed.
2. Could I measure the number of time residents pull their call-light just to get staffs attention? I would like to focus on the time of response.
