Please provide your thoughts about this paragraph:

According to Cheng (2013), a debate for marijuana dispensaries exists stating these businesses should be allowed like all other businesses to file bankruptcy. The outcome being financial gain and other benefits despite a depressed economy, avoiding consumers retreat to the black market. Costumer's visiting these dispensaries must have appropriate medical orders and underlying medical condition for treatment. Those who violate or purchase for illegal use are banned from the clinic. Many dispensaries also have camera surveillance ensuring they meet all requirements in standards and legitimacy. According to Cheng (2013), the US Trustees argues that debtors’ business activities constituted cause to dismiss, lack of good faith, and a means forbidden by law displayed in two cases dismissed when attempting to file under chapter 11. Any thoughts on this battle for marijuana dispensaries to be able to file for bankruptcy? Keep in mind like other businesses, they sell goods, compete for customers, borrow from creditors, operate under state licenses, hire employees, pay utility bills, buy or rent property, and pay taxes (Cheng, 2013).
