Discussion: "Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)"
Among the types of ADR (e.g., arbitration, mediation, etc.) discussed within the textbook, choose any two types of ADR that you find interesting. Next, compare and contrast the main similarities an differences of the two ADRs that you have chosen and describe at least one situation in which parties would choose to use one of them.
