Comparison and Contrast of different culture's artists or artistic traditions.
TOPIC: Suggested pairs and a chart to help you organize your research and paper are found at the Modules area. Compare and contrast a pair of works of art, musical instruments, dance or theatrical traditions, or architectural monuments from different continents like the examples below. It is very likely that the objects/monuments will have as many differences as they have similarities. They must be from different continents. Your discussion of the object, monument or tradition must include the purpose of the object, the material used, and how it functioned within the culture. The Taft College Library has a number of good online databases and print sources and you should start there. The databases JSTOR and EBESCOhost are the best for your paper.
Your bibliography must include at least five sources which you have found through the TC Library databases and follow the MLA style. Several examples of student papers can be found at the Modules area.

The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
