Throughout this course, you have explored community corrections and its function with the court system, the criminal justice system and those who have been incarcerated. In this assignment you will research a current topic in Community Corrections involving the criminal justice system.
Instructions:
For this assignment you write a research paper on a current topic in the community corrections field. Topics include, but are not limited to:
• Incarceration Programs
• Privatization of Prisons
• Probation and/or Parole
These are only suggestions. You may select this short list, or consult your text book or from any research you perform. You need instructor approval for your topic by the end of Unit 1.
In your selection paper, you will:
• State your chosen topic
• In two paragraphs you will explain why you selected this topic and its importance to Community corrections.
Requirements:
• 2 paragraphs in length in length (no cover or reference page required) ,12 pt Times New Roman font.
• APA format, including an in-text citation for referenced works.
• This must be an an original submission and not submitted in any other course.
