For two days keep a food journal yi 0.5 writing down each item of food you eat. For this assignment it is not important to record quantities. For each entry note if it is 1) local 2) organic 3) meat or 4) animal product. At the end of the two days, calculate what percentage of your food items are local, organic, meat or contain animal products.
