Question 3: With illustrations to describe, examine the extent to which micro-planning (school mapping) can be an efficient tool for educational analysis. How far can the application of this method minimize wrong forecasts?

Question 4: The National Development Plan for Mauritius (1975-1980) stipulated that educational development must be adjusted so as to democratize the educational system. Examine this statement with respect to leadership and vision, the Education for All (EFA) goals, research, and allocation of resources and a supportive environment.

Question 5: Examine the futures of educational planning in the light of changes in funding and the use of new technologies. What is the place of research in mitigating the problems of the uncertainty in education?
