Problem: Assuming the role of a Management Consultant, prepare a report for the board of directors of the company which;
1) Critically evaluates the changing role and image of Management Accountants over the last three decades;and
2) Evaluates how management accounting Business Partners could better support decision making, control and performance management within the company, and the challenges of implementing this ‘new’ model.
