You may choose from any of the three following cases from the textbook. Write a 2-3 page paper summarizing the case and answering three questions at the end. You are allowed to discuss the case with your classmates if you wish, but you must write your own paper.

1) IKEA; starting on page 375; summarize the case and answer 3 of the 4 questions.
or
2) Temporary Worker (Craigslist); starting on page 409; summarize the case and answer the 3 questions.
or
3) US Airways; starting on page 440; summarize the case and answer 3 of the 4 questions.
