Case study: Create a new sports and leisure resort especially for customers age 60 plus. It will directly be located at the sea, and on the brink of a village. The weather conditions are mostly summer over the year. The beach before the property belongs to the new resort. The area of the property is for the building and a garden around, plus the piece of beach in front. Outdoor pools are allowed, Golf is not. An airport is connected.
This resort should be attractive for residents who are representing the typical part of the silver generation: rather wealthy, active, and with a distinct affinity to sports and active recreation.
Please design this new construction of such a resort. Describe the elements, facilities, and structure of the resort. Also illustrate accordingly the offers and services that are provided to the residents. Please make an 8-12 pages PPT.
