In this assignment, Write a case note on any one human rights case that you have studied. Your case note should cite authority as appropriate; it should explain the facts and decision in the case and include a commentary on the issues raised in the case and the way in which the law was applied by the Court. The assignment must comprise of 16 pages (4,000 words).
