Our ability to continue to be profitable and successful is highly dependent on our ability to create increased operating income from streamlined operations, increased efficiency and improved systems. The continuous improvement phase of management systems demands it, and will likely be a major deciding factor in the ability for companies to thrive, but also to survive.
