SCENARIO OVERVIEW: Riley Davis is a 56-year-old client admitted to the Inpatient Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Facility with a diagnosis of alcohol withdrawal. Client has a 20-year history of alcohol use, drinking a pint of vodka a day consistently for the past two years. The scenario takes place at 0745 with change of shift report.
