Calculate the equilibrium constant for the spontaneous

Calculate the equilibrium constant for the spontaneous redox reactions at 298K that would occur using the following two half-reaction. I need a refresher. I haven't done this in a while and someone just threw this problem at me.

ClO3- (aq) +6H(aq) +5e- ----> 1/2 cl2 (g) +3H20(l)  E0=+1.47

HClO (aq) +H(aq) +e- ----> 1/2 Cl2 (s) +H20 (l)
