Calculate the emf generated by the cell

Cadmium(II) forms a soluble 1:4 complex with bromide ions with Kf = 5.0·10^3. On the other hand, cadmium(II) forms a poorly soluble hydroxide with KSP = 2.5·10^-14.

A concentration voltaic cell may be set up as follows: the anode is a cadmium metal rod immersed in a 1.0 M KOH(aq) saturated with solid cadmium hydroxide; the cathode is another piece of Cd(s) immersed in a solution that is 1.0 M in KBr and 0.010 M in K2CdBr4; the bridge of the cell contains 1.0 M KBr(aq).

a) Calculate the equilibrium [Cd2+] concentration in the anode solution.
b) Calculate the equilibrium [Cd2+] concentration in the cathode solution.
c) Calculate the emf generated by the cell.
