Calculate the compression ratio and the cut-off ratio

A Diesel engine operating on a cold air standard cycle has a cylinder with a diameter of 0.06 m and a stroke of 0.05 m. The piston has a flat top and the clearance volume is 10-5 m3. At the beginning of the compression stroke the air is at 100 kPa and 40 C. The highest temperature of the cycle is 1500 C. Calculate (a) the compression ratio, (b) the cut-off ratio, (c) the heat input per cycle, (d) the heat rejected per cycle, (e) the net work output per cycle and (f) the thermal efficiency of the cycle.
