Business Strategy - Slowly when the business gets settled, now we can think about expansion and growth of the business, for expansion purpose, we need some funds. There are two ways to raise the funds from market, either by issuing shares or by taking loan from bank. If the reputation of business is good then we can very well take loan from banks. We can later be a public traded company by issuing shares among public through IPO.
