Task
You have completed part one of your entrepreneurial journey in this unit with assignment 2. The feedback received and further research for your business opportunity will enable you to refine your business idea and to develop the business plan for assignment 3. This plan enables you to further assess the viability of the business and may be useful to attract important stakeholders or to obtain funding.
Your business plan requires you to further develop the business idea and present it as a business concept, incl. vision and mission statements. The main sections of the business report should assess and/or develop the operating environment, operational plan, organisation plan and human resources, marketing plan, financial plan, as well as planned goals and risk considerations. Each of these sections will be explored throughout the semester and you are required to apply relevant aspects to your business idea/concept. This application requires you to conduct your own independent research, develop each subsection with the business in mind, and present information/discussions in a concise way. Finally, continuing from assignment 2, you are required to reflect on your entrepreneurial journey based on notes you should have made throughout the semester.
Note, one of the main challenges for the business plan development is to find relevant information, develop realistic/plausible plans, and to stick to the word limits. You are encouraged to develop or utilise visual content (e.g. graphs, tables, images) to support your text. Such visual content can enhance the readability and clarity of your business plan. Additional material, like background information, the revised canvases, detailed analyses, financial plans, marketing material, organisational charts, or other relevant material (please note, this list here is only an example) should go into an appendix and needs to be clearly linked within the main text.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
