Answer each question in as much detail as possible, considering your organizational requirements for each one.
Your manager has assigned you to choose four people within your department to make up a team of people that you will need to oversee and guide in order to develop a new customer service communication.
1. Write a proposal to your manager to show your suggested team.
Include:
- why you chose the particular individuals,
- information about your team members and
- the skills and experiences that they have.
- Explain the team dynamics and how you would capitalise on roles and responsibilities within the team.
2. Explain how you would:
a. guide your team through the project and
b. work collaboratively with them on sharing information and ideas,
c. develop the new communication.
d. promote an innovative approach?
3. Highlight the challenges and potential issues and ways you would overcome them.
