BLASTULATION -

  1. Type of blastula is blastocyst or trophoblastula.
  2. Outer layer of cell becomes flat and form trophoblast or trophoectoderm which receives nutritive materials from endometrial glands.
  3. Blastocoel or segment cavity present. Towards A.P. cells mass form embryonal knob.
  4. This side is also called embryonic pole, opposite to it is abembryonic pole.
  5. Zona pellucida disappear at the time of blastocyst formation.
