Biopsychosocial Assessment:
In order to complete this assignment we all should have watched the movie, and then using the movie we will make a biospychosocial assessment of the main character (Sandra Bullock), a person suffering with alcohol.
Is there anyone that feels particularly confident in taking the material we submit to the team and forming a final assessment for review and submission?
We will need according to the rubric, a good grasp of the principles of addiction treatment for Sandra Bullock as well as referenced and aligned with our course work. As well as support main points with references and examples- followed with full explanations of how they apply.
A biopsychosocial assessment: I have provided a link of an example to help us get started. I recommend us taking a look at it and volunteering for parts we would feel comfortable working on and then all of us agree on a date to have them here for the person that is going to graph it all together. I am willing to do this, if no one else is.

My portion of this group assignment:
1. Health Problems and medical treatments- past and present, including those related to drug use or abuse, withdrawal, hospitalizations, and the reasons for them. (e.g., physical or mental, alcohol-or drug related), HIV status, other STD’s and infections, and medications.
2. Mental Health history- including previous evaluations and treatment summaries as well as the clients evaluation of whether previous treatments were helpful, and why or why not.
