Problem:

I need there behaviors expanded to have descriptive and measure-bale terms for a definition with examples and non examples for a behavior support plan for an adult with autism. The plan should have reactive and proactive strategies for the behaviors of concern. I need a behavior support plan for the behaviors listed below. It needs to have the function of the behaviors and a replacement strategists, triggers and ways to help the client communicate his wants and needs.  The behavior support plan is for an adult client in a DDD day program. When Andrew wants attention from others, he will grab out or pull on clothing of person he wants to speak too. He has a history of pulling hair when grabbing or pulling clothing does not get someone's attention. however this behavior is not common or occur often.
