Based on their research on the management topic, students then apply that research to an existing nonprofit organization, analyze how that issue has affected the organization’s strategic planning or strategic management and propose recommendations as to how the organization should proceed. The final study should not exceed 10 pages, excluding title page, reference list or any appendices. Remember that all research papers are written in the third person. You must have a minimum of 6 different citations (refereed journals and/or books), not counting your texts in the paper.
