Average frictional torque acting on the pulley

A string passing over a pulley consists of a mass of 3.95 kg suspending from one end and a mass of 2.75 kg hanging from the other end. The pulley is a uniform solid cylinder of radius 4.0 cm and mass 0.72 kg.

i) When the bearings of the pulley were frictionless, determine what would be the acceleration of the two masses?

ii) However, it is found that when the heavier mass is given a downward speed of 0.24m/s, it comes to rest in around 6.5 s. Determine the average frictional torque acting on the pulley?
