Problem:
Answer the question, use this information add if needed: one on one interview that takes approximately 45-60 minutes. They will also be invited to attend two focus groups that will overlap in participation. One single gender focus group (all male or all female) and one mixed-gender focus group. Each focus group session will last approximately 60-90 minutes, with a total of five questions being asked. During the study, participants will also be asked to keep a reflective journal or small voice recorder if they cannot write and will be given one reflection question per week for four weeks. They are to reflect in their journals three times per week, spending approximately 10-15 minutes per journal session. Total of about 30-45 minutes per week and 120-180 in a 4-week period. With participants' permission, interviews and group discussions will be audio- and video recorded and later transcribed for analysis. Transcripts/themes will be sent by email or WhatsApp through encrypted messaging. Within approximately one week, participants can read, correct, clarify, add, or remove information. Participants who cannot read or write will be offered a follow-up appointment with me via Zoom or by phone so that I can review the transcript with them and make any revisions they wish to make.
