Attain a common final angular velocity

A long thin bar is held over the disk, rotating in the horizontal plane at 10 rev/min on the frictionless bearing. The bar is free and falls onto a disk (centers align), and both attain a common final angular velocity. The bar has two times the mass of the disk. The length of the bar is equivalent to the diameter of the disk. Determine the final angular velocity in rev/min?
