At the time i inflated the boat it was about 15c when i got

Question: The other day I went out on this river with my inflatable boat.

- At the time I inflated the boat it was about +15C. When I got back it was just below zero. I was not sure if the boat would be leaking having been in the barn through winter but when getting back it was clearly deflated so I figured it was because of air density in a lower temperature.

- I estimated the volume of the air compartments to carry about 2m3 of air So at the time of inflating it would give me volume of 2x0,97=1,94.

- And when getting back a volume of 2x0,93=1,86. The difference being 0,08m3 which in my understanding is 80 litres. Litres because it makes it easier to visualize. But am I correct with this?

- It made me wonder since that thing is not some professionally used inflabale boat and if I filled it up in the cold and it got to have an extra additional volume of 80 liters it might rip apart when I'm on the open water.
