1) If your institution has a governance model, how does it compare to the criteria proposed?
a) Where do you deviate? Do you see opportunities for improvement?
b) Assess the effectiveness of your governance model. What does your organization do well?
2) If your organization does not have IT governance in place, how could you start using this checklist? Who would you include in the discussions and why?
