I am studying HRM in a MBA program and need assistance with a case problem.  My mission is to follow Bernthal's approach to calculating the ROI for selection systems in addressing this question:

How can Apple Computer, Inc improve the ROI on its selection system?

Please assist me in answering this question by providing the following information:

1. Introduction - description of Apple Computer, Inc and its current selection systems (1 page) (NOTE: Focus exclusively on the selection system, not on recruitment.

Please note that this is requested information to assist me with this problem.  Although it is fine to make some educated guesses and approximations in this case just as Bernthal did in his white paper, I will benefit greatly by learning about the HR manager or personnel director of Apple Computer Inc. to learn more about the nature of recruiting and selection processes in the Apple Computer organization. The information from the organization's website often have quite extensive information on their websites regarding selection procedures but I don’t know where to start.
