DISCUSSION 1 (Please do not attempt if you can not fulfill all the requirements.)
We are going to begin by researching and discussing some modern-day leaders. First, select and research two of the following leaders:

Bill Gates (Microsoft)
Drew Faust (Harvard University)
Richard Branson (Virgin Group)
Ursula Burns (Xerox)
Sundar Pichai (Google)
Howard Schultz (Starbucks)
Sheryl Sandberg (Facebook)
Jeff Bezos (Amazon)
Elon Musk (Tesla)
As you can see, there are a variety of industries and leaders. Research these individuals and choose two who resonate with you, either as good or poor leaders (ideally, one of each, in your opinion). Then, create an original posting that covers:
Briefly summarize the leaders you chose, and why you selected who you did.
What type of leaders are the two you chose; what is their style? Their reputation as a leader?
From what you learned, where do you place each of them (just two) on the Leadership Grid? Discuss - don't upload an image.
Identify something about each of your two choices that would improve their leadership profile or reputation (so to speak).
Identify something about each of your two choices that is most admirable about them.
