As part of your MBA course, you are studying HRM and also had a class in Research Methods/Quantitative Analysis (let's assume this). You are a manager for a for-profit company with about 200 employees and your co-worker, another manager has several openings that he plans to hire for, recruiting both internally and externally. He mentioned to you that he is currently developing a couple of tests to give to the internal candidates about the company and a writing test to give to both the external and internal candidates.
