Problem: A lot of companies hire African Americans to perform most labor while European Americans who are hired in the same position do half of the work as a colored person. While they don't have to work as hard, and we have to work harder, has it's pros and cons. You mentioned you believe "the change of minds come from the way our parents educate and teach our children"; but this is systemic. In order to change "white privilege" other things can be done like; joining a diverse committee, talking to people of color, talking to the kids or elders in your family, challenging your own beliefs, or maybe even mentoring a child of color. Are there any other ideas you may have now to change "white privilege"?
