No, end fitting are not standard. Each system manufacturer favors a type of termination for his fibers along with threads, pressure glands, rivets or machined pieces like connectors for his own fittings. Because of the absolute lack of standards in the industry, this becomes impossible to use one manufacturer's fittings along with the fibers of other.
