Andy drug company limited incorporated under the companies act chapter 33 of the laws of the united states, promoted a patent medicine called ONE TOUCH, with the promise that if a procurer used the medicine correctly and still contracted malaria, than the company would pay $1000, mrs john still did contract malaria after using the ONE TOUCH drug correctly, The drug company refused to pay mrs John when she claimed the reward of $1000, mrs john is envisaging to take legal action against the drug company,
