1. Political parties only care about office.

2. The bliss points of voters are uniformly distributed.

In your essay you should first analyze how the outcomes of the median voter model are affected by the assumption that the bliss points of voters are uniformly distributed.

To this end, assume instead that the bliss points of voters are distributed as in Figure below.
