Write a 5 to 8 pages paper in which you do the following:
i. Select one real-world policy issue and provide a description of the issue.
ii. Analyze the major costs and major benefits of the issue.
iii. Recommend three courses of action.
iv. Provide at least three to five reliable, relevant, peer-reviewed references that support the paper's claims.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
