Ipano is employed as a managing director of Glitters Cars Sdn. Bhd. Sdn. Bhd. His contract of employment contains a clause which states that in the event of him leaving the company, he shall not solicit the company's customers for a period of two years from the date of resignation. He resigns from the company with effect from 16 October 2020. He sets up a new company (Posh Sdn. Bhd. Sdn. Bhd.) together with his wife, Leona Exora. Upino, a salesman of Posh Sdn. Bhd. Sdn. Bhd., is now soliciting customers using the list given by Ipano. The list is actually the customers' list of Glitters Cars Sdn. Bhd. Sdn. Bhd.
