For this assignment, choose a health care organization that interests you (e.g., long-term care facility, medical center, acute-care hospital). Select 1 area of the organization that requires a risk assessment, and discuss the importance of risk management to this area.
Include at least 2 of the following to guide your discussion, where applicable to the area you selected:
• Patient safety concerns
• Medication administration concerns
• Environmental safety hazard concerns
• Record privacy concerns

• Surgical error concerns.
