Assignment: Finalization
You will complete your capstone project. You will submit a written capstone report that details the analysis and design of your project. You will also create a mp4 file(s) to demonstrate the functionality of your project. You can create the mp4 file using Screencast-o-matic software. On the website are some tutorial videos help you learn how to use the screencast-o-matic recording tool. Click tutorial to view the videos. On the home screen you can also click the right facing triangle to learn how to use the screen recording software.
The free video file can be up to 15 minutes of recording. Instead of a powerpoint, you can capture the full screen and run your software application, website, the GUI for the database, or the network tools that will demonstrate you have successfully implemented the IT solution. Make sure the video illustrate each use case within the scope of the project. If you need multiple video files to demonstrate the completion of all the IT requirements, please create them. For example, if your project had 10 requirements, you could demonstrate the satisfaction of all ten requirements in two video files. The first five requirements are demonstrated in the first mp4 file submitted. The second five requirements are demonstrated in the second file mp4 file submitted.

Analyze the optional IT solutions for this project.
Choose an IT solution that will improve the workflow of the organization.
Plan the development of the project from beginning to end.
Determine the scope of the project that will be implemented in the eight week process.
Prepare a timeline and budget for the eight week project.
Analyze the current process used by the organization.
Collect requirements for the IT solution. Describe the new organizational workflow process using the IT solution.
Workflow process using the IT solution. Analyze, design, test, and implement the IT solution. Use UML diagrams to explain the new organizational process. Give screenshots of your created IT product (application, website, database design, and network management system).
Discuss the current techniques, skills, and tools employed in your IT solution. Cite sources that indicate you IT approach utilized currently used techniques, skills, and tools.
Examine the need for and ability to engage in continuing professional development.
Examine professional, ethical, legal, security, social issues and responsibilities associated with this IT solution.
Analyze the local and global impact of your IT solution on individual, organizations, and society.
Reflections on your IT solution and concluding remarks.

For each testing use case outlined in the IT solution, demonstrate recording your solution using video screen capturing software called screencast-O-matic. Please view the tutorials available to help you understand how to create a screen recording. Remember, sScreencast-o-Mmatic will record up to 15 minutes free. If you need more than 15 minutes, create multiple MP4 files. Make sure you label them so the order in which they are viewed is understood.
