Problem
Jacob, a customer who normally hires Knox to cut his lawn, asks Knox to trim his row of hedges for an additional fee. Knox did not have a hedge clipper with him so Jacob suggests that he look for a suitable tool to use from Jacob's garage. Know spots the new motorized push lawn mower which Jacob recently purchased from Sally's Hardware Store. The mower does not have a bag to collect the cuttings nor is there a flap to prevent the cut debris from flying out of the side, like other mowers do. Knox picks up the mower, places on top of the row of hedge bushes, then starts the engine and begins moving the mower along the top to give the hedge a "hair cut". The lawn mower cuts numerous branches and spits them out the side hitting Jacob in the eye with debris. When it hits a thicker branch, it bucks upward, falls off the bush and lands on Knox's arm and then leg, nearly amputating both.
