Problem: Organizational Paper Writing
Each student will write a 5 to 7 pages paper on a conflict that he or she experienced in an organizational setting. The organizational analysis will contain the following sections:
1. Background and history that led to the conflict.
2. How/why did the conflict escalate?
3. How was the conflict resolved?
4. What would the student have done differently, based on what he or she has learned in the class?
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
