Problem
In the article from Irawanto (Othman & Sumardi, 2012) the impact of social and political changes in two state owned enterprises in Indonesia are studied. The research seeks to understand how these changes impact the life of both the organization and the employees.
Explain how employees' participation in the decision-making process of the organization impacts their performance as well as the organization's performance itself.
Mention two differences that can be seen among employees and the organization after employees' participation in the decision-making process.
Finally, analyze how culture impacts the employees' participation in the decision-making process and offer two examples between Indonesia and other countries.
