As we are learning in this unit, organizations have cultural artifacts that are classified by four broad categories: (a) organizational stories and legends, (b) rituals and ceremonies, (c) language, and (d) physical structures and symbols.
Identify one specific artifact (from any of these four broad categories) that you have observed in your organization, department, or school. Describe the specific artifact in detail. Why is this artifact important to your organization, department, or school? Explain the organization's beliefs or values that are reflected through this artifact.
Identify a skill that you learned in this course, and explain how you can apply it to increase success in your career in a real-world scenario.
