Analyze a service process at your organization using two of the quantitative or qualitative approaches identified by Bordoloi et al. (2019), Service Supply Relationships. For instance, these can be supply chain management, service supply relationships, social media in services, professional services firms, outsourcing services. Answer questions regarding use of these concepts addressing how, whom, when, and how well your organization applies two of these concepts. Tell a story, give an example for each. Integrate concepts, programs, and models.
